Refund Policy

ForgeDrops packages are digital products — depth documents, implementation guides, and code starters delivered immediately after purchase.

Quality guarantee

If the content of a depth document or implementation guide doesn't meet the research quality described on the drop page, email us at support@forgedrops.io within 7 days of purchase. We'll fix the content or refund the purchase price — whichever resolves the issue. We ask that you've read the document before requesting a refund.

What isn't covered

Change-of-mind refunds after download. Transaction fees (~$1–2 per purchase) are non-refundable in all cases as they are charged by our payment processor.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not issued.
